Anyone done the harpers ferry run before?

 

I know there's some insurance agents amungst us.... anyone want to see what they can do for me as far as rates go on a bike (liabilty only on an '01 cbr929)?

PM me for my details and what not if anyone can lend a hand. My car insurance is thru progressive, but they want a REDICULOUS amount for a policy on that bike. I'm thinking of working a deal on a 929, but if I can't get a decent insurance rate.... it's not worth it for me.

for those that I texted about it earlier... an Erion 929 is the 2001 equivalent of a Repsol 1000rr. (If I hear "WTF is an Erion" one more time, someone is getting throat chopped)

back before all the gayness, when AMA superbike racing was the shit, Kevin Erion (the "other brother" in Two Bros Racing) started his own team, and they raced 929's that year. This was back when moto-gp still had 2 strokes (remember that?)

ya'll fuckers need a history lesson....lol

anyway.. for those not in the loop, I have a guy that wants to trade me one of these:



and $1700 for my chop.

Granted, the 929 is lowered, polished, and chromed out (which will change "toot-sweet") but I'm feeling a need to get back on a sportbike.....
