What tracks has this car seen?

It looks to me like its just a shitty dirty car with stupid ass allseason tires on it and half the interior missing. Oh, and a tow hook.

It's the cheap, semi dangerous way to mount a super stretched tire. Get the tire on the wheel, preferably contacting the barrel on both sides as much as possible. Spray ether, or whatever accelerant you want to use in, and light it, preferably with something with a bit of length to it, so you don't burn your face... lol. It combusts, and blows the tire out, seating the bead.
