Any mechanics need a job?

Need someone that can handle CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, as in diagnose them PROPERLY without worrying about comebacks. don't really require ASE certification as long as your experienced and can actually repair cars along with preventative maintenance. I do have a reputation to uphold here and I'm looking for someone who's going to be able to conduct themselves in such a manner and be able to be personable with all our customers.
Will also need to have your own toolbox, as far as a scanner goes, i've got the Cornwell Tech Force scanner which is only a month old with all accessories a tech can use.
this is a gas station/repair shop, so sorry we don't offer health benefits or a 401k, I'm paying 40% commission and its 6 days a week, I can also offer AFTER a 6 month period, at which point you've established yourself with a good customer base, and show your work ethics a guarantee'd salary

i've had my guy pull anywhere from 600 to 1500 a week. all depends on the work load.
