how did he break the mold? he took a car that wasn't usually modified that certain way (in america), because what he's done has already been done in europe. either way, if people hate my car or not (which i find it hard to believe people actually hate the car, and they just hate me) i like it, and i can say its my own mind that comes up with what I want to do to MY car. some people say they could care less what others think, but i think i've proven time and time again that i actually do care less what others think of my shit. i doubt my car will be finished any time in the near future.
And needless to say, a project like the ones you've undertaken, including the Cabriolet, is never really finished. Nevertheless, I look forward to seeing where it goes.

If anyone is so much of a fanboy that they don't find that completely awesome then they're pretty stuck up their own ass. I love BMWs but I know they aren't perfect and this is pretty much they best way I can think of to improve that car. If I had the money I'd be all over that.

You got it backwards buddy, I got A/C and pleather. Plus a stuck open sunroof, loose driver's side door panel, and the clear coat is peeling off my rear bumper Those are my only mods so far (I'm going for that trendy reserve restoration shit that the Honda kids are all into now
