There is a WRX around here that I tuned a few times that I'm positive is over the 400 whp mark. Probably a good bit over it. I'd say close to 475-500. Silver '03. Haven't seen him in a while, but I drive by his house every now and then and see it still sitting there. Tried to get him to get on here, but he's not much of a forum guy.

It is VERY tough to get 380 from a stock turbo. On my stock VF-39, I got to 330 AWHP. Agile Auto told me if I wanted to get any more significant HP gains (less a meth kit b/c I didn't do those) I would need to go with an FP Green/Red, GT35r, etc... I seriously doubt 380 was achieved on a stock turbo. It may be possible, but very unlikely. For more reading:
