abacus machined my wheels for me...only took about 2 hours and they did great work
they charged $60 for 2 wheels

Would it be possible to shave 5mm from the wheel and say 10mm from the brake rotor/mounting surface? Maybe even 5mm from the wheel, 5mm from the front of the brake rotor, and 5mm from the hub?

Safest thing to do is get new wheels haha.
You know how much 10mm is? Take that much material from the rotor ? (provided its even there?)
