For what it's worth, Cycle Specialists in Newport News is the only place on the peninsula that would even consider machining my wheels. I needed the hub bore enlarged due to it being smaller than my hub, and no place would even listen to what I needed done due to liability issues.

Would it be possible to shave 5mm from the wheel and say 10mm from the brake rotor/mounting surface? Maybe even 5mm from the wheel, 5mm from the front of the brake rotor, and 5mm from the hub?
Safest thing to do is get new wheels haha.
