I know some think its wrong to seek revenge, but i really want that bitch to suffer and personally pay for this shit . My $0.02 stop posting about the accident on here or any car forums and simply retain a lawyer and let them handle it from here on out. Glad you're ok and will most likely get out of this w/o any permanent damages.
Depending on how the police placed fault what most likely will happen is the driver of the Accord that hit you will be liable for your injuries/damages, but his/her insurance company will turn around and go after the Kia driver for everything. It can/will get very complicated.
Money doesn't grow on trees though... insurance companies will pay out policy maximum's then they're done... if the person has state miniumum's it's not much at all. You would have to sue them for additional damages and then hope they had personal net worth (unlikely since he/she has a Kia). In the event of no personal net worth you can still win a large settlement, but you'll never collect. The court could place a garnishment against the person's wages so you'd get a few bucks here/there for the rest of that person's life (assuming a large settlement).

If she's the driver of the accord you might have a harder time getting a judgement since the Kia was the actual cause of the accident
