1989 240sx sr20det part out

Description: I have for sale a 1989 240sx (pignose) with a sr20det blacktop motor that has spun rod bearings. The car has full interior in decent condition and the body is also in good condition with some very minor scratches/dents primered grey. I am willing to sell all together or part out.
$500 - complete sr20det blacktop motorset (engine, good tranny, wire harness, turbo no ecu, no ps pump) spun rod bearings, I have new bearings but do not know if the crank need machining or not, also have new gaskets (head gasket, exhaust gasket, valve cover gasket) will come with everything to rebuild the motor
$200 - LSD J30 Differential with spare axles... Bolts right up I have the same setup on my other 240 and it works awsome -sold-
$80 - extra t25 turbo minimal shaft play
$50 - stock sidemount intercooler
$50 - Chrome hot and cold pipe as well as intake pipe for sr20 with an FMIC
$100 - 5 speed swap parts minus a tranny (good driveshaft, clutch slave, clutch master)
$150 - set of BOMZ racing seats in brand new condition reclinable yellow/black fabric (yes I know they're "bomz" but they actually feel pretty solid and are decently comfortable)
$500- 1989 240sx waiting on a rebuilt sr20... bodywise the car is in good condition and it still has a full interior thats also in good condition. Little to no rust and no major damage. This is not a "shell" as it still contains the stock single cam (blown) and an auto tranny.
I have more parts I just can't remember what but It all needs to go.

last time i checked the gauge cluster works and the PS lines are in tact but aren't set up for an SR swap b/c it's an 89' (still single cam KA setup under the hood).... the motorset i have for it doesnt have any of the PS accessories.
