Pull the bulb for the warning light. Problem solved.

Looks like they dried out on my way home, so all good now. Also, in defense of MB, these are not the OEM pad sensors. I bought them from the guy I bought my pads from, because he only sells good pads and rotors. Well, when it comes to sensors it turns out what he sells, while cosmetically identical to OEM, is made in China.
