i have been there but at night when the fishing for cats is good it is super busy, my son caught a 4.5lb cat out of there 2 weeks ago

You can be an honorary Williamsburg member if you get something that is American and has a V8 (like most of the car guys up here do).

BTW, I'd suggest a 2nd Street Cafe meet, but I'm guessing most people wouldn't want to shell out that much $$$? Maybe a weekend lunch meet there? I shoot with the owner, so I could get us as many tables as we need, just don't embarass me.
