Unless that's a reproduction it looks like EJ Potter's "Widow Maker".
It was a Chevy small block stuck in a motorcycle frame and used an old Caddy drum brake for a clutch.
The bike was launched with the rear tire spinning by pushing it off of the stand that held it off the ground. A sketchy ride in anybodys book.
The guy was nuts, he also put an J-44 jet engine onto a trike, which as you can imagine was a pretty bad idea.
