This is a 7.62x39 AR. Stag arms upper and lower, knights armament car length quad rail with covers, vfg, adjustable buttstock, AIM 3-9x40 scope, 1 30rd, 1 20rd, and 1 10rd magazine.
has a scratch near the mag release, and there is some overspray on the quad rails (which can be cleaned).

7.62x39 is the same round that the AK and SKS shoot and is legal to hunt with.

stag does not make a 7.62 model, this is a stag upper and stag lower with a 7.62 bolt, bolt carrier group, and barrel

 

Not to be disrespectful, but are you sure it is stag arms? Since the 7.62x39 barrel and BCG, I'm pretty sure the upper receiver and the lower receiver have to be 7.62x39 as well. And looking at Stag's website, I don't see any 7.62 uppers. Is the lower marked 7.62x39?

Maybe you could link us to something similar online?

 

yes it it is a stag ars upper and lower reciever. you are thinking of 7.62x51/.308 that requires an enlarged upper and lower reciver.

and i said that it is not a stag build. the AR was built on a stag upper and stag lower, again not factory stag. c-mag makes mags that fit in a 5.56 lower and hold 7.62x39 allowing a re barreled and bolted ar to shoot 7.62x3
