STAR Diagnostics tool
I have a Non-HID Mercedes-Benz and have a kit to install, but need to have Xenon = Present done in the car's system. Does anyone have to capability in the area to do that other than the dealer?

European Cars in Williamsburg prob can help you out with that...but they're a shop, so if you're trying to avoid shop prices, I got nothing.
