saw a black chevy truck lowered with blacked out tails, red chevy symbols, on 18-19" chrome wheels, on virginia beach blvd around 10-1030 this morning.....i was in the red integra that your passenger kept breaking his neck to see.

lowered, black civic (si maybe) on what looked like polished BBS RS's at the stoplight by McDonald's on Portsmouth Blvd. around 5:30ish. clean car!
