Default suspension question da integra with coilovers

i have ground control coilovers with 300lb and 200lb springs. i should have 300's in the front and 200's in the back right? the rear seems extremely bouncy and stiff. i know this is common but it seems excessive. any help?

Yes, you should have the stiffer springs in the front. If the rear seems bouncy and stiff, it's probably because your struts are trashed. Springs are just springs, and those aren't abnormally high spring rates for that car.

im sure the struts are no good. 20 years old. i plan on getting adjustable shocks soon. so the spring rates should be ok with new shocks? not too bouncy?its not slammed either i mean its low but barely tucking the top of the tire.

Pretty much adjustable strut that you're going to buy (Koni, KYB AGX, etc) is going to be fine with those spring rates. The strut is what makes it bouncy or not, so if the strut can damp the spring's energy then it won't be bouncy.
