Maybe there's something wrong with your marketing approach? Chris' presence would drive up the real estate values in the entire neighborhood. You should just find a geeky straight guy - he'll move in because he's stragiht, but he won't make a move because he's a geek.

 

I know a lot of geeky virgin straight guys! But I also know a gay guy who is looking for a place. I'll pass this along.
