well if i am here or not, when you get out put in an app at neff rental. this was my first job when i got out of the army. that was in 06. good place to work.

Is there any way this position can be filled without having your own tools.

 

wondering what kind of pay you are offering. I currently rebuild desiel's in a local shipyard. I'm just getting tired of the 12hr 7day a week contracts that I some how keep getting put on lol. I have all tools required. you can pm me if you don't want to make that public kowledge.

 

deff need tools. not to be a d!#% but if you don't have basic tool chances are you don't know what you are doing. i could be wrong. if you feel you can do this job come in and talk to me. i will let someone use my tools till you get your own. you will need to have them before your 90 day probation is up.

As for pay, can't really tell. i have had a few guys say they know what they are doing; and when i ask how many volts an alt puts out in a 12v system, thet said 4. This is not a joke this happened. Also we dont do rebuilds, so the pay is prob not what you are making now. i am in a tough spot. it seems everyone has no clue how to change a spark plug in a deutz eng (if you don't get it you are this person), or knows to much that we will not use and wants to get paid to much. but pm me and let me know what you are looking for. i will let you know if we are in the same ballpark.
