Update! I had the BT-016's on my bike when I bought it, they were brand new. I managed to get 8,000 Miles our of them if not more.. but they have a Flat Spot in the middle of the rear tire from Highway riding everyday to and from D.C. 60 miles a day M-F..
I vote battlax

those are both awesome deals though.

Driven, Renthal, and Vortex are popular brand sprockets. Some people don't like the Vortex sprockets, because they're made out of the non-anodized Aluminum and wear fast, but that could be because of improper or poor chain maintenance. I had Vortex before switching to Driven, and they never gave me a problem even when they worn down to almost nothing. As for chains I've used DID and a EK chain and I personally couldn't tell the difference.

ok cool, THANKS for the reply with good advice.. I was quoted by a Local dealer in Woodbridge $500 to replace chain and sprockets... lol

I have been looking around online and need to find a Chain Kit to order.. I guess I will go with a DID 520 and Standard Teeth Sprockets since I ride on the highway daily.. Renthal Sprockets and DID Chain.. Maybe these?

My buddy just bought bt-016's, I'm interested to see how they wear. I have 2ct's so my next set will depend on which of ours wear faster.

If you don't get at least 4 k out of the 2ct then you need to either
a) lose a shitton of weight
or
b) stop drifting around corners
or
c) avoid the gravel next time

I do ride the mountain a good bit (couple hours at a time) when the weather is decent, that will probably have a large effect.

Looks nice. Were you changing your gearing at all or just converting to 520?
