I sure can point you to a couple of "real Jeeps" if you want to see some.
Probably with a bunch of aftermarket parts on them. I thought we were talking stock here since you have such a rare Jeep that you are keeping stock. Shit was going down hill even when AMC had them mostly during the 80's. ALuminum transmissions, AMC 20 2 piece axles. I had a 1974 CJ5 with an AMC 360 in it. Wanna talk about a fast Jeep...lol. At any rate, I jumped ship from Jeep a while ago and joined the Toyota crowd. Much more well thought out drive trains than the Jeep stuff.

I don't have a rare anything! LOL! (Well TinTop Samurai's are getting scarce) I had a 78 Jeep Cherokee Chief. I loved it, until I found that the size was just to big for the stuff I liked to do. 4" of lift and 40" Ground Hawgs was pretty big for that... At any rate... it's not the aftermarket parts that make any vehicle, it's the driver. I've already spoken my piece about Jeep in this thread a few times, but am no fan.
dude. where the hell have you been?!? it's been forevar since i've seen you on here!
