Seen a lifted dirty jeep by dumfries firestation around 530-600 tonight, i assume it was exploited, but probably wrong

You sure about this? From what I understand there is only one GTR on Andrews, and it's unlikely that it belongs to one of the guards.
Did the GTR spotted have a CF wing on it? Or did it have out of state tags and what state?

IT WAS ME!! lol I was going to Duty.
I snapped a pic last night at the Gas Station by WAL-MART on Rt 1 in Dumfries lol

This is it, but it had a little more dirt on it lol, obviously you use the jeep as it should be used...
