Default d15b7/d16y8 skipping/misfiring

sooo ive had my 90 crx for a about 2 months now and its been running fine. its got a mini me swap, d15b7 with d16y8 vtec head, and the car has been converted to mpfi obviously, the other day i started it up and it was skipping terribly, its running like its not running on all cylinders, its also a major power difference , i changed the plugs to ngk's and put new plug wires on it and that didnt fix a damn thing haha, its still skipping really bad and misfiring, its just a constant skip while i attemp to drive it. its gettin fire to all of the plugs so im assuming it isnt the distributor? but im not to sure. can anyone help?

cap and rotor

i got 10 bucks says that is the issue.

go check it now if you can, your cap will be burnt up and the Cap will have corrosion

EDIT: pull the plugs from the cap and check to make sure the prongs are not bent/broken......

ok so i replaced the rotor and the cap, still acting the same way, but however i decided to take one injector off while it was running and then i connected it back and it cleared up? it ran fine for bout 30 mins or so, then started skipping again? so i disconnected it and connected it again and it cleared up for bout ten mins then back to skippin? do i have a bad injector? or trash in my fuel filter? becasue apparently its fuel related
