That shop in front of the VA, on shenandoah, well, they're working on a red FD RX7, and a black Ferrari 355. I wet myself everytime i pass it, to and from school.

Oh, and the orange eclipse with the black wheels and decals, your headlight is out.

 

I won't reach crazy numbers status, but I am fully bolted except for turbo and mani. Those are next on the list...should be putting out stout numbers. Its sitting about 315-320 right now. It does pretty good.

I am going to keep the car and pay it off. I had it refinanced today and got a lower interest rate and my payment is coming down, so that means more mods ftw!

That's Automotive Specialists.The owner,Matt is on our Lemons team.A friend of his owns the 355(it's an F1 model,meaning it has the sequential tranny.Sick.).I haven't seen the FD-I wonder if it's Woods' LSx?Did it have gold Works on it?He did have a white JZA80 Supra there too he was working on with bigger turbo/IC/intake mani/etc.Really nice car.I was supposed to finish the charge piping on it for him,but I'm not sure if maybe the owner picked it up?




Has anybody seen the red and blue Eclipse?Unpainted blue bodykit,rimz,etc.....Super,crazy turbo noises at any RPM above idle,and it goes nowhere at all at WOT.I've seen it several times in the last few weeks,fully boning out,but going nowhere fast.

It has a front mount on it.....maybe the same one.

 

I mean ones that aren't race cars and/or making much more power than stock.....It's just,how can something so cute and slow give me such a fit when there's a good driver in it?!

 

Ahahahaha that kid lives down the street from me. He followed me one day (I was driving the 240) and he revved at me for like 3 miles and he tried to ebrake his fwd around every left turn, lolol. The best thing is the next week he did the same thing when I was driving the 93 nissan hardbody. There's no way he knew it was me.

My neighbors told me that he wants to "Race the blue 240" and kid said he has the fastest street car in Salem. AHAHAHAHAAAAA. There are probably 20 old school muscle cars on Wildwood alone that would rape that thing.

Any ideas on places to get pipe and mandrel bends? I'm about to start making my downpipe/exhaust and am looking to get the materials. Best I've found so far is Mandrel Bending solution's online....

 

Fixed that.Seriously,that thing looks slower than a non-turbo Eclipse.Like,there's something wrong with it.As loud as the turbo sound is,I almost wonder if the charge pipes make it to the engine- like the turbo is just spooling to one billion RPM and blowing air into the atmosphere.

 

I drooled over that car for the longest time when it sat out there. Does it have a spearco FMIC? if so, i keep seeing the guy driving it around town. It looks nice, but he couldnt seem to drive it too well. He about stalled pulling into towers mall the other day.
