ecu in limp mode ?

ecu in limp mode ?
NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i have a 99 civic si boosted on 8 lbs. i went to the track the other nite ran it 5 times on the 5th time the check engine light popped on and now the car wont rev over 3500 rpms. but i tried jumping the harness to check which code and when i do the the check engine light cuts off and wont show any codes and i went to autozone and had them put a scanner on it but being as though its converted to obd1 for boost the scan tool doesnt work can anyone help me out?

What ECU are you using?
Was the ECU tuned for your setup?
An OBDII scanner wont read what's on an OBDI ECU

yes the ecu was tuned for the setup and running hondata s200 all of it was installed and tuned by tempest

check inside the ECU for a loose connection between either the chip and the socket, or the 4 pin header.
