naw, talked to your brother =] he said thats common for the balancer belt to just be a tad too tight after a timing belt change. and there is a bolt going through the case and its a 14mm and you just loosen it and it releves the tension on the balancer belt. loosen, then just immediatly tighten it back up. vuala. sometimes its scarily too simple lol
