SO WHO can tell me something about switching out my variator to a 4 prong and installing a CDI?!?! Anyone done that and get pretty solid results?? I also have to bring up the NEW LAW about scooters hitting 35 MPH qualifying as MOTORCYCLES!!! License/registration/insurance now required!! WHAT?!?!
