Everything in a 16.5 look cheap. All they did was take a steel wheel and chrome it which will probably peel down the road.

 

But they aren't pretty and eye catching, or chrome.

 

Call dude up and tell him you saw him on pirate4x4....vendor discount.

Then tell him what you are trying to do. He can make a wheel that you want out of a h1 wheel. You can change the centers out, have it chromed, etc. I don't think you have to order a beadlock for them. Call him an ask. Then at least you are getting a strong wheel and not some procrap over priced steel wheel.

true about pirate. i guess i could ask, problem is i think the wheels themselfs are all beadlocks with an extra inserted beadlock on the inside

Yeah I'm gonna have to agree. A 16.5 wheel is just a weird size, reason why you can't find decent set of wheels in this size. The tire doesn't seat right on the lip, which makes it harder to mount. If you still want to go with this tire, it's gotta look a little badass with the wheel option.
