Red face need advice with springs

i have new springs for my 99 civic, 1.5'' drop
is it recommended or a must to put new struts on when i put them on?

depends on the springs, I personally would STRONGLY RECOMMEND new struts/shocks because you'll end up replacing them shortly anyways

yes you should. really you shuold get springs rated for your shocks. recomend koni if not. just get some fullcoilovers, you won't be disapointed.

no, not unless it is totally fucked. but if you lowering your car, means you are doing some serious driving, then you need some negative camber. just keep your toe in check, you shuold be straight.
