That bracket is an exercise in how to include the highest possible amount of bad stress risers into a design, and it's a fatigue failure waiting to happen. That one part really jumped out at me. Hope it's not a street car. I just noticed it's a coilover setup too, so the full suspension loads and a large chunk of the weight of the rear of the car are supported on those brackets. Yikes.
They're just stubby driveshafts.
