He's working on new ones, the previous set were crazy or something. Next stop is 18x8 with 235/40 tires. Should be a perfect fit.

 

Or possibly the lack of bling, being as they are black. It was accidental. I knew I wanted some tire and not rubber bands. I got them back from the tire shop and was questioning my decision. Once I mounted them up, I was like hmmmmmmmm lets take this in a new direction. I was reminded of an IPD volvo from a few years ago that I thought was nice. I want to go ahead and get my roof rack(since I actually cycle anyway) and get the door blades from an Allroad. Probably tint the windows, but not Dope sales dark. Oh, if you're curious as to the door blades.......they are the trim pieces along the bottom of the doors. Allroad has beefy ones that are aluminum and match the factory roof rack.

I decided to go with 225 50 18. As I mentioned, I almost wished I hadn't. Turns out I like it and its pretty different from most I see rollin' around here. I'm sure it will not appeal to everyone, but I'm the only fucker that has to drive it. That previous set was crazy. I traded a guy down at the beach and he said they were fine. I suspected it was possibly the sensitivity of AWD. Who knows? I still need to get some black conical lug bolts. Need them at least 3 turns longer. I have to measure and do the math so I can order them.
