Default 91-civic dr starter issues
Im working on a 91 civic dx it has no power to the starter and no power to the starter signal fuse. Ive got power in and out of the engine bay fuse box not really sure where to go next??HELP PLEASE

test the black/wht wire from ign switch. should have 12v when key is turned
