Cycle whore thread
If you've never ridden an SM, you really owe it to yourself to ride one.
I consider myself a super responsible rider, but if there was ever a bike that lends itself to EXTREME hooliganism, it's an SM.

I test drove every car I could think of before I bought my cars, even ones out of my price range... same story with my cameras.
I still plan to test many more bikes before making a final decision. I tend to go overkill researching on things that cost more than a few hundred dollars.

I prefer the body position and riding characteristics of naked/sportstandard/streetfighter/whatever style bikes. I'm not much of a "speed demon", low/midrange power and a long term comfortable riding position are key for me. I'm 6'2" and I know this bike will be eventually be driven all over the country. I like to be able to make myself smile without breaking to many laws, I bought a Miata over a Corvette because I can drive the ever-living shit out of it and still be relatively near the legal limits.
