I only had liablity when I went down in 08.

Long story short a lady on a cellphone came into my lane forcing me off the interstate. She didnt even stop and kept going.

I spent 5 days 4 nights courtesy of MCV in Richmond.

Because she didnt stop I thought I was screwed, but because she didnt stop she was viewed as a hit and run even though she didnt make contact with me.

My bike and medical bills were covered because hit and run falls under uninsured motorist.
