I asked around but no one could identify. I was the guy with the red ball-cap on that blue Ruckus. I rode back and forth for the dollar beers like 3 or 4 times. Was at the ISO tent mostly though.

i was in the black and red snap on hoodie with the virginia tech hat on....spent most of my time either near the green integra and blue em1 or at the 60' watching ricer fly bys.

Everything else is a "scooter" as far as I'm concerned. The Ruckus is still down. That fucker is SMURF blue so it will get seen fer sure.
Rules: $5 for a LEGIT spotting, $10 for a picture, $20 if you catch me with my helmet off near the moped. My front yard doesn't count.
What I look like: A fag on the moped in the above picture with a black helmet/mirrored shield. It is LITERALLY the only true moped around here still running.
Lo-cal: Just North of RIC airport, Highland Springs/Sandston/Fulton triangle.
Kilo and Hostility do not qualify for the money... they only live 2 blocks from me.
Kilo: Lil' Mike doesn't count either. He lives behind my parents house now.
