The motor is merely a pump, all the power is in the head. So get the head right, get a correct set of cams and a nice header.

If it's a street car, I HIGHLY recommend Skunk2 Tuner 2s. I made 230 on them, need more cam though , and it idles perfectly.. and my ac blows cold
Damn that was a pretty dope LS... thats the only thing that worries me my motor pinging to DEATH but hopfuly a thincker head gasket and a good tune should lower it to 12.1:1 and keep it safe.. those are the headers that i'm considering RMF or BISIMOTO with some buddy club spec III+ cams

Those cams are good for low-midrange power for autocrossing, you can expect anywhere between 180-190 whp. Go at least with the spec 4's if you want any chance of breaking the 200hp barrier.
