My evenings headed home are so uneventful they run together for me as well. If you're on Patterson around 5:15-5:30, you will see me. Here lately I've had to drive around looking at Xmas lights for the 3 year old, on our way home.

Not as fast as I'd like. My collar bone has settled and is now resting on top of my shoulder.... which means they're now rubbing together. The 4 cracked vertebrae is what killing me though. They either are just fine, or excruciating... no in between.

Insult to injury: The lady involved in the collision WORKS at the John Marshall courts building (same district as the accident). Apparently only being in ONE court room is "conflict of interest". I would think being trialed in the ENTIRE building would be conflict of interest. My current lawyer won't touch my traffic case, he's only concerned with suing her after words, like it's gonna make a diff after they convict ME of the "disregarding RED light" all because I was unconscious at the scene.

It happened at Canal and 7th, I was on Canal, so we all know I had to pass through 3 lights before I even got to the one I allegedly "disregarded". Everyone who knows the area knows 10th and 9th run into the bridge, 8th is a "T" section at the fountain, and then there's 7th... all lights are about 20 to 40 yards apart and I couldn't have been going faster than 35 because of the up hill sections. Did I mention I converted to an 8" disc/2 piston caliper up front...thats on a 10" wheel!!! I can stop no problem.

So basically they're saying I went through 3 signals and ignored the fourth. The witness says I "accelerated to make the light" - My shit is 50cc so it's always at WOT... not sure how he heard/saw me accelerate without running radar AND saw me run the red light. The whole thing REEKS of shit. I think the broad hit me but being that she deals with cases like this ALL THE TIME AT HER FUCKING JOB, she would be the one that knows how to get out of it.

These "looked" as though they were cheap, no designation like yours either (labels/logos/etc) but I was a good 25 yards away. They could be legit but with no designation big enough to see that far away. Spotted it at the new IHOP here in the east end by the airport.
