Apparently so do some cops, I was pulled over by 2 motorcycle cops once for doing 35mph on a 45mph street.

I politely told them what I had read about the law and they let me go with a "warning"

As it stands right now you can go anywhere except the freeway as long as you don't hinder traffic by more than 15mph and the moped/scooter itself doesn't exeed 35mph.

However... if you plate it, you can do whatever the fuck you want. within reason.

Yeah, looking for a cheap and yet reliable truck. Won't be driven much since it will be used for track/race days only. What's wrong with your car?

Wheel bearing, rear brakes/rotors, and needs a timing belt. All easy stuff to do and i can get the parts at cost. I just need to get off my ass and do it.
