lol, out of all the cars i've worked on, i've never seen where a flexplate will work as a flywheel, 2 different things, the same, but different.

A flex plate and a flywheels are definitely two different things. Especially on a check. Flex plate bolts to the torque converter. Flywheels is just a surface for the clutch to grip on.

thats what i am saying lol, there was no way possible, the only thing they hold in common is teeth for the starter to turn the engine over pretty much

Change the pulleys back to stock, see what happens.

+1. Start taking parts off until the vibration goes away so you can isolate the part thats the problem

was the driveshaft marked before removal and placed in the same position?

+1. I would suspect this before the clutch especially if the crank pulley has been changed.

Thanks for the info, but I was driving today and hit 375 miles since the install. Vibrations decreased to a minimal. Guess it just still needed to be broken in more.
