I'm looking for an adventure/supermoto kind of bike, but I'd rather not pay for a KTM or Aprilia

I have been toying with the ideas of picking up one of these

looks much better in person, and I see one every time I go to my Georgetown unit, and want it. It's nothing super amazing, but I think the price is fair, it's good for getting around the city, something a lil different, and would only run my like $89 a month.
That, or I want to get another Buell, and make it a project for something like this:
.. . .or, a Triumph Speed Triple. Have ridden a Daytona for a while, loved it, was something a little different. I really prefer the look of the 06, and 08 over the newer ones though, just have to get rid of the mantis style headlight assembly.
