What's with the big ass hole?

 

Not sure. Previous owner did it. Its a 2003 and only had 500 miles. Picked it up for $1300. Im gonna be chaning the battery box anyway

 

If you go to an online OEM Honda parts dealer you can get many different colors by picking different years. All years fit.

They even made Alpine and Desert Camo ones a few years ago.

It's internals are probably rusted to shit.

If runs and idles smoothly, and can break at least 35-40mph on a GPS... it might be worth it.

 

Good God, I have never seen a Metro go for over a grand. . .I guess I was spoiled out on O'ahu. Scoots everywhere, and normally under $800. As ugly as they are, I still have a soft spot for the Honda Elite. Things are bulletproof.

 

I had a CPI 150 for the first few months I was out there, got it for $650, and all it needed was new gas(had water in it) and a good tune. Looks wise, and performance, was a great scoot.

 

I had a Honda Elite......had a blast on it.
