Sometimes it purges sometimes it does not, when im driving and push in the clutch to slow down it will stick at 1500 and some times it will just go straight down to 750 and will haunt between 750 and 1100 its the weirdest shit ever man, totally unpredictable.

I replaced the iacv and cleaned it I have 4 different ones did an ohms test and made sure the valves clicked
The tps voltage is correct I checked it and it perfect
I'm starting to think it could be the alternator cause when I turn on the car and run the lights and ac the voltage is at 12.6
