Why has no one done this yet?

I'd do it, but the only public pools I know of are in gated communities. Getting out of those gated communities blow because they don't open for bikes .

I would have done it already but the combined crap with the power outage and having my bike in the shop for new tires + recall work has just made things annoying as hell... I want to ride so bad.
