Gsr- built head(sent to the machine shop, ported polished,cams, 3 angle valve job etc) bolt ons of course, rods, pistons, sleeved block, crank and for the k20 It had a spun rod bearing and messed up the crank, 2 rods, and most of the journal bearings. So I went ahead and had it rebuilt back to stock using all oem parts from Honda/Acura. I pulled it apart to find out what was wrong with it but I had to pay someone to do all the work and to put it back together. To factor that into the costs. Oh and that picture of the gsr engine bay is before I had any of the work done as you can still see the stock intake manifold.
EDIT: And I'm also not in the Honda game as I don't want to now nor ever be affiliated with it. I'm in a honda training school and I can work on my own car in class if it is a Honda. That is why I buy them.
