except the cover is painted white now. its still disassembled. no hubs. rotors are good, just turn them to take the rust off. open carrier for 3.92 or numerically lower gears. i have the 3.50s if you want complete rotor to rotor with radius arms, coil retainers, and the trac bar and steering. joints on them aint so great but you can get measurements off of them. i believe the draglink was made lengthwise for an outside the framerail mounted box on an ifs ranger.
the good thing is hubs, rotors, brakes, carriers all interchange from bronco/f150 d44 ttb axles. i think the knuckles and spindles dont. and shafts dont of course.

i suggest redrilling your 8.8 shafts to 5x5.5 and currie rotors or redrilling your own. cause the 8.8 is 59.75" wide. and this d44 is 58" wide. but thats just my personal opinion cause i dont like spacers/adapters very much.

eh, see I want to do a radius 4-link like the XJ's and TJ's. MUCH easier to get a proper alignment and to accommodate for geometry fuckups which I KNOW I'm going to make during the SAS.

I will definitely keep that in mind though. I've got one guy with a COMPLETE set up, including 4.10's w/ locker that I'm trying to work out a price with. I'll get back to you on that though..

all youd need is stock 79 bronco mounts(4" drop to help castor) or even the flatter ones if not going very tall with the lift. plus the 4* bushings.

just let me know. with some 760x shafts from broncograveyard itd be a lot stronger. it was like $350 + shipping last i saw

Will do. Awesome progress buddy!!

Have you done any research on coils / which ones you're going to use? I've been looking around at all the 1st Gen 5.5" coils but I'm not sure they're going to give me the lift I need to get over the 4-link

i use different coils. im getting 5.5" early bronco coils from wildhorses. 8" lift for an exploder.
d30 uses same type as mine stock. look at the stang5lgt's builds. hes used d30s on almost all of them. one of his trucks: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/...d.php?t=328663

nah. lots of people are using them. flex good and ride good. a little stiff might help me anyway, no sway bars lol

edit: plus i said early bronco, not big bronco. i mean the 77 and older small looking ones
