Love the wheels, so so about the tail, but I just don't like the off-balance of everything in the second pic. Not symmetrical, therefore my brain shudders and shuts d....

You mean 168? I saw it too. Looked like a Harley Road King.
Farther south on 168 there was an old hot-rod on fire just before the high rise bridge. It was yellow.
