please help me out with the math.... .05bar = ?psi.

14.7 psi=1 bar. I would do the math but I don't feel like it.

05bar = .735psi, which is very little pressure. I think you meant .5 bar(which alot of factory jap. wastegate springs are) which is 7.35psi. I'm running 1.5 bar daily on my DSM
