If I was commuting to/from work daily, I'd get one in a heartbeat.

I hate having to change clothes to hop on the bike. That thing would be super convenient for riding on a whim without having to take off one set of clothes and put on another.

Damn, I really don't need to spend any more $$$...

I wear shorts and a t-shirt under mine, and carry light shoes in a backpack. Perfect for going to class.

It's also handy for work because it keeps my work clothes clean.

Also put in the cobra FI2000. I won't get to ride until late tomorrow or sunday though. I can say the sound is awesome. Actually sounds like a real bike now..

 

Charlie, I didn`t think i`de ever see you with a newer bike. What provoked the purchase? ...it screams 90s and i love that about it.

 

I'm getting ahead of the hipster curve. I'm telling you now, the beginnings of 'go fast' bikes will be the next hipster craze.

I just happen to love 90's sportbikes too and managed to get this one for a steal.
The VFR, FZR 400 and 600 are a couple other bikes I love.

 

I'm with you on the early sportbikes. While a brand new 900-1100 could be intimidating, a ten or fifteen year old one doesn't look so bad and its still got some pretty nice equipment along with a decent aftermarket. The "second wave cafe movement" was about going fast right? So now, how about going fast for real on an old CBR, GSXR, etc?
