VA Beach Pocket Bike Racing Organization?
Hey guys, I've been thinking of this for quite some time now. I have not seen any organizations here in VA Beach. I am willing to start one, a racing pocket bike organization if there are none yet in this area. I am willing to put my time and effort into getting one started but, I would need your help. Races can be done at any large and empty parking lots. This is a fun sport for adults/kids and will be monitored to keep things safe. If you have any experience or questions with pocket bike racing I would like to know.

I did this a bunch in Italy, but on a real track and it was fun as fuck. 
Sold my bike when I got to the states though as I didn't know where the hell I could drive it!

I always thought this was an awesome idea.
Not a parking lot, because honestly nobody is going to let you do it.
But maybe a track like Langley?
I imagine the insurance for such an event though would be well beyond what a couple of weekend warriors could put together though.
