Do you have pictures? knowing the type of paint is the key to getting it removed properly. You could also try 3m rubber wheel adhesive remover tool. I really doubt clay bars would do the trick.

It depends on how far into the paint it is. I'm not sure about Suzuka, but I know Berlina is ridiculously soft paint. Even with a shitty cheap Craftsman buffer I was able to remove a lot of surface scratches and tar and tree sap and various other paint imperfections that claybar couldnt get out.
i can take a dual action and make a car glass. my boss wouldnt let me deliver a car with swirls in it so i got real good real quick
and those eraser wheels can burn the clear coat very easily. assuming of course you are using air, which i would you are cause fuck using one of those by hand
ive only ever buffed with a circular and it used to be part of my job. dual action buffers are just weird top me at this point.

This one is actually a random orbital. I was wary for a long time about damaging the paint, but it takes out a significant amount of haze and leaves the paint looking fantastic when I pair it with Meguires gold class.
