Rarely do the words cheap and quality go together in a sentence. I dont understand this about people when it comes to cars/tattoos. I know the tattoo part doesnt apply here just another example is all; you dump thousands of dollars into something like modifying a car it would behove you to make sure its done right dont you think?

Yes, as long as it is reasonable and reputable, which we determined it is. I'll be taking it over there sometime this week.

Funny story, within a few days of this thread, motor blew head gasket... sent it back to EB3 in northen VA since they are the ones who built it

While motor is being rebuilt, I sent the supercharger off to get the P1 to D1 upgrade. Should make some pretty good power for a 2V.

I wasn't aware that this was possible? Isn't the housing (not to mention all of the internals) completely different?? Or am I just reading this wrong, and you're saying you bought a D1?

P1 and D1 is in the same housing, they just swap out internals, and give me new bearings ect.

F1 is where the housing changes and you'd need to purchase a new blower..

I feel like you could pick up a used d1 wayyyy cheaper than paying procharger to make your p1 into a d1. I know it cost me wellllllllllllllllllllll over $2,000 to have them rebuild my f1

my p1 spun a bearing, i wouldn't have been able to sell it... so sure i could've picked up a used d1 for a little less, but then i'm still looking at something that is used and no warranty

at least this way, it has all new internals and it's actually procharger assembling it, so hopefully they stand behind it if i have any issues
