Hondas and some other cars that have self-adjusting rear calipers have a direct connection to the disc caliper with the parking brake. Most of those cars have the floating calipers where you have to screw in the piston to get it to retract when changing pads, etc.

Alot of new cars are still produced with drums in the rear. They are cheaper and require less maintenance than discs.

I don't know about a lot, but I imagine cars like the yaris and Mazda2 have them, I'm not sure though.

Bunch a babies... I'm amazed by the amount of people at work the screw up rear drum brakes. I guess I'm just use to doing them, considering almost every vehicle I have owned has had them. I think my rx7 is the first car I've bought with four wheel disc..
